All issues and priorities

In the members view, there is a toggle in the top left corner "All issues - Priorities". Which for each member, will either show all their issues and pull requests, or their prioritized list of the same.

The search parameters in the top works for both cases, for "All issues" and "Priorities".

The state of the toggle is remembered on your user, for the next time you return to the members page.
